Support Arizona Refugee Center by Volunteering

 Casework volunteers directly assist refugees and immigrants with essential administrative tasks including completing job, visa, and work permit applications, making calls to USCIS, and gathering required documents. .

 English Class volunteers help adult learners practice language skills by assisting with small-group activities, one-on-one support, and classroom preparation. They support lessons taught by lead instructors  and help create a welcome learning environment.  

 Interpreter volunteers provide language support in Dari, Pashto, Spanish, French, Arabic, or other languages as needed. They mainly assist with casework meetings, but can also help in the English classes.  

 Office & Donations volunteers help maintain smooth daily operations by organizing the donation closet, preparing supplies, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. Their support keeps our center organized and ready to serve families efficiently. 

 Event Volunteers support one-time or occasional community events such as donation drives, cultural celebrations, workshops, or holiday gatherings. They help with setup, service delivery, logistics, and cleanup. This flexible role is ideal for volunteers who want to contribute on an as-needed basis.
