Helping Newcomers Find Stability, Dignity & Belonging in Arizona

When refugee and immigrant families arrive in Arizona, they’re starting their lives over—often with little more than hope and the desire to build a safe future. At the Arizona Refugee Center, we walk beside them from the moment they arrive, providing the practical help and human connection every family deserves.

We serve newly arrived youth, adults, and families who are rebuilding after displacement, trauma, and loss. Through language support, work-permit guidance, emergency assistance, mentorship, and community integration, we help newcomers gain the skills and stability they need to thrive.

Every service we offer strengthens our entire community—local employers gain dedicated workers, schools become more diverse and enriched, neighborhoods grow stronger, and families build new beginnings with confidence and belonging.
